The INSEAD Alumni Association France Aero & Defence Club hosts Patrick Pailloux, France's Délégué général pour l'armement, for a talk followed by a cocktail at the Cercle de l'Union Interalliée. Pailloux is an unusual speaker for this subject. A Polytechnique and Télécom Paris engineer, he ran information systems posts at the defence ministry, became the first director general of ANSSI when France stood up its national cybersecurity agency in 2009, then served as technical director of the DGSE from 2014.
