I3 Instrument: Italy's role between participation and multilevel governance

Lazio Innova and EISMEA, the EU agency that runs the Interregional Innovation Investments instrument, spend a day on how Italian regions and companies actually use it: who has won, how the multi-region consortium model works in practice, and where Italian participation is thin.
