Design & Leadership: Finding Your Stance as a Leader

The Design Impro Crew returns to Le Laptop with a workshop for Heads of Design and Lead Product Designers, built around improvisation theatre. No acting experience is expected; the method is scenario work in a room where getting it wrong is the point. The scenarios are the ones design leaders actually get stuck in: setting a clear direction, carrying a team through it, handling friction, and answering stakeholders while staying available and consistent.
