HR Barcelona Roundtable: AI, Talent and the Future of Work

A roundtable rather than a conference, hosted by Cambridge Spark Spain with Grand Hyatt Barcelona for HR, People, Talent, L&D and digital transformation leaders at companies with a Barcelona presence. The format puts conversation ahead of presentations: a short introduction to the topic, then small-group discussions guided by set questions, a pooling of conclusions, and a closing panel — 'From Insight to Action: What Barcelona's HR Leaders Are Doing About AI Transformation' — featuring Dr Alfonso Bustos. Runs 09:30 to 12:00 at the Grand Hyatt on Avinguda de la Reina Maria Cristina. Free, but places are limited and registration is subject to approval. The invitation is aimed at C-level, directors, heads and managers. Why go: AI-and-work sessions usually end up selling you a platform, and this one instead puts the people who have to land the change in small groups with each other. Best for HR and People leaders at director level or above who are mid-rollout.
