A ninety-minute roundtable arguing that "AI-literate" has become the most requested and least defined skill in hiring. It draws on a Nora Research study of non-technical job postings across the UK and Europe which found that fewer than one in ten employers mention AI in non-technical roles, and almost none define a testable level. Attendees leave with three concrete levels of AI literacy and a way to write and interview for them. An official AI Week Barcelona side event.
