The first session in a new series marking ten years of Projects by IF, on when generative AI can responsibly improve public services and when a human has to step in. Imogen Levy, Chief Digital Officer at the RSPCA and previously Head of Product for NHS England's First Contact: Intelligent Navigation programme, talks through AI-powered triage and self-referral. Lingjing Yin, Head of Product at the Royal Borough of Greenwich, covers product transformation and service design in local government, including Greenwich's anti-poverty response.
