October Start-up Café

TU Dublin's monthly coffee morning for aspiring founders at the Greenway Hub on the Grangegorman campus, 10:00 to 12:00 on the last Thursday of the month. Each edition has a guest founder who talks through their own route from idea to launch and then runs a short workshop on refining your concept and your pitch. An open-mic slot lets anyone pitch and take feedback in a low-pressure room. October's guest is Sean Kirwan, CEO and co-founder of MedWrite.ai, who spent twenty years in digital roles in pharma before founding it. Free, places limited. Why go: one of the few Dublin rooms aimed at people who have an idea and nothing else yet, with a founder who will actually look at it. Best for first-time founders and students thinking about starting something.
