She Scales: Women Founder Networking

A monthly morning session for female founders and business leaders at the Bristol NatWest Accelerator. This edition is a wellbeing workshop rather than a business clinic: why being present matters when you are running a company, simple seated yoga movements that need no equipment, a guided mindfulness exercise, a reflective journaling activity on what self-care means to you, and practical ways to carry calm back into work. Led by Katie Hodge, founder of Zenaa, who has created more than 50 retreats across the UK, Europe and Sri Lanka and founded Zenaa Online. Runs 10:00 to 12:00 at the NatWest Accelerator on Avon Street, with networking either side. Free. NatWest notes the content is for information only and is not individual advice.
