Meet the Founder Behind a $650M AI Exit and Build an AI Agent Together

A Birmingham Tech Week fringe session in two halves: a 30-minute panel on what it takes to build an AI-capable workforce, then a live build in which the room watches an AI agent assembled around a real workplace problem. The panel features Husayn Kassai, co-founder and CEO of Onfido, the British identity-verification company acquired in a reported $650 million deal, alongside other leaders working on AI, skills and workforce transformation. ollo then runs the build, and attendees leave with access to the agent to explore and test in a secure environment. Hosted by the AI Work & Skills Forum with ollo. 15:00 to 17:30. Free. Registration required, and the exact city-centre address is shared with registrants rather than published. Why go: one of the few Tech Week rooms where you hear from a founder who went all the way to an exit and then build something yourself instead of watching slides. Best for operators and team leads who have run AI pilots and now need results.
